Hi, 

Usually I'm wearing underwear under leggings, so you don't really feel the lycra fabric on your privates, just the cotton of the underwear, I'm guessing you would feel the lycra if you didn't wear underwear.

I wonder if females can sense wearing shiny spandex against their pleasure zones? I have seen females wearing shiny spandex tights in public going to the gym, and the fabric molds to their bottom and pubic area. The outfits must get them excited???
